Quit Smoking Weed - Benefits of Freedom

There are hundreds of reasons to quit smoking weed. Here are a few to get you started.

Physical

There are many physical benefits to quit smoking weed, the first of which is energy. I used to have so little energy that I couldn't even get out of bed. It used to take me hours to get going in the morning and even after I'd been at work a few hours I didn't really want to talk to anyone. Playing sports when you smoke weed is like driving with one foot on the brake and one on the gas. It's not going to help you achieve anything and you have to work harder just to keep up with everyone else's standard.

Then there's your appearance. I bet you could spot most weed smokers just by looking at them. Of course it is not obvious with everyone but for the majority of people you can tell. I have noticed this for years, their voice tone, their face, and of coarse anxiety is a big giveaway. Marijuana Medical People treat us differently when we smoke, whether they mean to or not. When I stopped smoking weed my skin color changed and my cheeks returned to their normal color, in the first week that I quit smoking weed a non smoker and a smoker friend commented on how my skin had cleared up and how much healthier I looked.

Health

You know, I don't really need to tell you how weed is affecting your health. People amaze me, think of tobacco and weed like poison because that is what they are. To the point where people wake up in the morning coughing up phloem and spitting it out in the sink. Still they ignore the signs and continue to smoke until they realize how unhealthy they have become. I'm not pointing the finger at anyone, I've done the same. However I recognized the problem and made the changes. I now expect to live about ten or fifteen years longer because I choose to be healthy rather than poison myself.

Things Get Done

Many Weed smokers agree that whilst they used to smoke before doing any tasks like housework and thought they were being more productive. Once they quit smoking weed they all find that they were completely wrong. All the things that need doing are usually done, quicker and better than when they smoked weed. What used to be a major task becomes a quick simple job that gets done in no time.

Better Grades

Some people find that if they smoke a little then they are able to concentrate better. Just one or two joints a week may be beneficial in that way depending on how your brain handles weed. But even if you had enough discipline to only smoke a little each week, wouldn't it be smarter to spend the money on a book that enables you to learn more, to be better at that subject and have the edge over your classmates. Recreational Cannabis Store The other fact is that most people won't be able to control their addiction and will end up smoking on a daily bases. that's when grades drop, your ability to remember important information lowers dramatically. You would then find yourself working harder just to keep up with the class or even worse you end up not really being bothered and lose interest as you feel it's pointless. The next stage is getting a job of course the problem doesn't end with your grades being bad. The next step is struggling with your job and at that point many weed smokers end up taking a job they hate and they STILL keep smoking weed not really seeing where they went wrong. This happens to a lot of people that smoke weed whether it is at school or at work, five years down the line you may be wondering where you went wrong.

Happiness

Depression and weed are good friends. one usually follows the other around. People that are depressed like to smoke weed to feel better and people that smoke weed are often get depressed. This isn't to say that everyone who smokes weed is unhappy, but many are. So what can you do to improve your happiness?

When you quit smoking weed things begin to change, life gets better and all your problems are so much easier to deal with. Life seems to give you a second chance and whether it's confidence or because your ability to use your brain comes back I don't know. It is probably both but most importantly what I can tell you is this, things will automatically get better when you quit smoking weed. You don't have to concentrate on trying to make them better, all you have to do is learn how to quit.
